Hello to everyone! It has been a big and busy month, capped off with some ideal down time. At the U.S. Open at Oakmont CC, I again had the chance to walk with good friend Jason Day. Needless to say, Jason has been playing some absolutely remarkable golf. I guess one would have to be to be ranked No. 1 in the Official World Golf Rankings! Jason played well at Oakmont. Despite opening with a 76, he rebounded in the second and third rounds with scores of 69-66. He didn't win, but his T8 marked his seventh top-10 finish in just 12 starts this season on the PGA TOUR. I couldn't be more proud of him.

At the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational, I was lucky enough to get to walk with another regular - and another I call a good friend - Bubba Watson. Bubba played great at Firestone, finishing T14. I cannot thank Jason and Bubba enough for their support of "Walking For Kids." I've been so fortunate to have them take me on numerous times over the years, and like all the players I get to walk with, their help makes a world of difference in a lot of lives.

I met some fantastic people along the way. I always, always enjoy the time I get speaking with people who care to come say "Hello" or just walk for a while with me. Those are the kinds of things that make a world of difference in my life. So, thank you all for that.

Last week, I returned home to be with my family before heading over for The Open Championship at Troon. As much as I value my time walking the greatest golf courses in the world, with the greatest players in the world - all for a good cause - there is nothing better and more meaningful to me than time with my family. And, what do we do when I'm with them? Well, what else...we play golf! I had a great time with them doing just that. It always gives me a great chance to relax and re-charge the batteries!

So, now I'm off to The Open Championship. It's hard to believe we are already into the third major championship of the season. The days and weeks out here go so fast, even though I walk so slow! Ha Ha! I do try very hard to take everything in, realize how fortunate I am to be able to do what I do. We only go through this life once, and no matter how we do it, I really see no choice but to keep moving forward. With what we each have or don't have, it is what it is and doesn't ever have to stay dull, obscuring or hindering. Just keep going.

Thank you all for the continued support. The only feeling better than giving money to those in need is spending time, no matter the length, with people. I appreciate you all and always look forward to what and who is around tat next corner.

Keep up your own journey and stop me along the way to say "Hi" when you see me.

As always, thank you for taking a minute to read these posts.

See you down the road!
